Here at Shining Bright Cleaning, our number one priority is your satisfaction as a customer. However, sometimes life gets in the way and there may be any number of reasons where continuing our relationship is not feasible. In that case, our customers may cancel their contract with 30 days notice for any reason without suffering any fees or penalties.
We also understand the need for this! A million things can happen and sometimes you just aren’t ready for your space to be cleaned. In the case that you need to cancel a one time clean, we offer the ability to cancel any appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled start, or you may reschedule your appointment up to 12 hours before the scheduled start, all at no additional cost.
